The FDA advisory committee on peptide compounding has been stacked with new members who have financial stakes in the peptide industry.

“They've got, new members that have been added to it. Many of the new members who have been added to it have financial stakes in the peptide industry.”

Intranasal C-Max may be legalized again pending FDA decision in July 2026.
